Now, place the shoebox over the smartphone, ensuring the camera lens is centered over the opening of the box. Use duct tape to secure the box to the lid, creating a light-proof seal. Make sure there are no gaps or holes where light can leak through.
Finally, turn on the smartphone and open the video or image you want to project. Hold the shoebox up to a flat white surface, such as a wall or a projector screen, and adjust the smartphones focus until the image is clear.
