Have you ever seen those fantastic 3D hologram projectors that people use to watch movies or project images into the air? Did you know that you can make one of your own for your iPhone? In this article, we will show you how.
Before we begin, you will need a few things:
- A clear plastic CD case
- Graph paper
- Scissors
- A pen
- Tape
- Your iPhone
First, measure and cut four trapezoid shapes out of the CD case. These should be approximately 1 cm wide at the top, 3 cm wide at the bottom, and 5 cm tall. The shapes should look like they fit together to form a pyramid.
Next, place the trapezoid shapes tip down, and use tape to hold them together. You should now have a pyramid shape that fits around your iPhone.
Now, take your graph paper and measure out the same four trapezoid shapes. Cut them out and tape them to the inside of the plastic pyramid shape that you just made. Make sure they are centered and secure.
Finally, open up a 3D hologram video on your iPhone. Place the pyramid on top of your phone, with the bottom of the pyramid sitting on the screen. Make sure that the trapezoid shapes are aligned with the four corners of the phone screen.
Turn off the lights, and watch as your hologram projector comes to life! The 3D image will appear to be floating inside the pyramid.
As you can see, making a hologram projector for your iPhone is a simple DIY project that can be done with just a few materials. Impress your friends and family with this cool device, and enjoy the stunning 3D hologram images that it can produce. |
