How do I connect WiFi to my smart TV?

If the TV has built-in WiFi facilities, then you follow the instructions in the manual.

If your TV is like mine and only has Ethernet, then you can use an adapter that converts WiFi to Ethernet. I use a TP-Link TL-WA850RE WiFi Range Extender. This has an Ethernet port. The extender is configured to pick up the signal from my wireless router, but the extension WiFi network is turned off. A short Ethernet cable links the TV to the Ethernet port on the extender.

1.Open settings

2. Choose wifi

3. Select your network

4. Type your password

Your smart tv is now connected to wifi network
